# Abrir um conjunto de alterações

Requer `sites:write`. Não custa créditos.

Um conjunto de alterações tem quatro etapas: abrir, [preparar arquivos](/docs/api/changesets/patch) e, em seguida, [confirmar](/docs/api/changesets/commit) ou [descartar](/docs/api/changesets/abandon). Ele permanece aberto por 10 minutos; depois, é confirmado se for válido ou descartado.

Use um conjunto de alterações quando uma mudança exigir várias chamadas, por exemplo, para criar uma página, seu conteúdo e sua imagem. Uma única chamada que altera vários arquivos não precisa de um: [Alterar arquivos](/docs/api/files/commit) já cria uma única entrada.
