# Abrir un conjunto de cambios

Requiere `sites:write`. No consume créditos.

Un conjunto de cambios consta de cuatro pasos: abrirlo, [preparar archivos](/docs/api/changesets/patch) y, después, [confirmarlo](/docs/api/changesets/commit) o [descartarlo](/docs/api/changesets/abandon). Permanece abierto durante 10 minutos; después, se confirma si es válido o se descarta.

Usa un conjunto de cambios cuando una modificación requiera varias llamadas, por ejemplo, para crear una página, su contenido y su imagen. No hace falta para una sola llamada que modifique varios archivos: [Cambiar archivos](/docs/api/files/commit) ya genera una única entrada.
