# List the manuals

No bearer credential: the manuals are public text, the same for everyone, and an
agent can read how to build before it has an account. Rate limited by address.

Read the list before you build anything, then read the manual that covers your
job with [Read one manual](/docs/api/skills/get). The same manuals are in the CLI
(`atelier201 skills list`) and in the MCP server (`list_skills`, `get_skill`).
